Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Assess and understand clients’ specific finance needs. Research and evaluate suitable loan products offered by various lenders, customized to align with the client’s finance needs and circumstances. Provide personalized, trustworthy lending advice to clients regarding loan products and options, recommending appropriate combinations to meet their requirements. Negotiate with lenders to secure competitive rates and terms on behalf of clients. Manage the entire mortgage application process from submission to settlement within the required timeframe. Effectively communicate and liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders. Prepare detailed documents outlining the terms of finance, repayment timelines, and loan durations. Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns throughout the finance application process. Ensure compliance by managing relevant documents and accurately entering client information. Follow up with clients post‑settlement to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs. Effectively manage client loan book and maintain relationships. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice and support. Qualifications & Experience Required Minimum Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or above. At least 3 years of work experience as a Mortgage Broker. Proven track record of successful mortgage transactions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and establish a strong local network. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Self‑motivated and capable of working autonomously. Strong workload and responsibility management skills. Additional Requirements Flexible hours available. 2–3 years of relevant work experience required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
