Business Development Manager – HVAC Solutions (B2B Sales) Sydney, NSW Represented exclusively by Salexo Salary: $100,000 Base + $140,000 Commission = $200,000 OTE + Car Allowance About the Company Our client is a leading provider of commercial HVAC solutions, including air conditioning, ventilation, and climate control systems for offices, industrial sites, and commercial properties. With a strong reputation in the market, they are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sales and build relationships across the commercial sector. About the Role As the BDM, you will focus on B2B sales, targeting building managers, developers, contractors, and facility managers. Your role will involve building relationships, understanding client requirements, providing technical solutions, and closing commercial HVAC deals. This is a high-autonomy role with uncapped commission potential, ideal for someone with technical sales experience or a strong background in commercial building solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC market Build and maintain relationships with developers, building managers, contractors, and facility managers Present HVAC solutions and provide technical guidance to clients Prepare quotes, proposals, and tender submissions Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate reporting Collaborate with internal teams for project delivery Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets About You Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in HVAC, building services, construction products, or technical solutions Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple projects Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and highly organised Technical understanding of HVAC systems is highly desirable Current driver’s licence What’s On Offer $100K base salary $100K+ uncapped commission (OTE $200K+) Car allowance Full product and technical training Opportunity to work with a market‑leading HVAC solutions provider Career progression in a growing company Application Apply by clicking the link below.
