About Our Client Our client is a respected professional association committed to advancing standards, education, and advocacy in healthcare. They play a critical role in supporting practitioners and improving patient outcomes through evidence‑based policy and professional development initiatives. About the Role This newly created position offers a rare opportunity to lead the development of a nationally significant certification framework in healthcare. Working within a small, agile policy team, you’ll design and manage a program that sets new standards for clinical practice – building it from the ground up. The role suits someone who is engaged, flexible, and knowledgeable, with experience in accreditation, certification, or standards development. You’ll be trusted to work independently, supported by a collaborative team and a leadership style that values initiative and open communication. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of a national certification framework. Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines. Draft policy documents, submissions, and standards. Establish and manage expert working groups. Engage with clinicians, regulators, and professional bodies. Monitor program impact and ensure continuous improvement. Why Join? Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the Australian health system and regulatory frameworks. Tertiary qualifications in health, policy, or related disciplines (or equivalent experience). Engaged, flexible, and knowledgeable approach to work.
