L | Location: Norwest, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia | Functional Area: Sales | Working Model: Hybrid | Requisition ID: 7632 12m Fixed Term Contract Territory- NSW / ACT Work in a collaborative and high‑performing environment High‑quality, well‑respected products Your Opportunity We are seeking a passionate Sales Specialist – Interventional Therapy to join our Hospital Care team, supporting customers across NSW/ACT . In this role, you will drive the adoption and growth of our high‑quality Interventional Therapy solutions, helping improve patient outcomes through innovative care. Reporting to the Business Development Manager – Interventional Therapy, you will collaborate closely with clinicians, nursing staff and allied health professionals to understand their needs, present tailored product solutions and achieve sales targets. You’ll also work alongside fellow Product Specialists, Clinical Educators and the Marketing team to ensure smooth product training and implementation, focusing on expanding and maintaining a successful territory. Your Responsibilities Identifying customer needs, generating leads and presenting product information Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans Attending cases and providing technical support during surgical procedures Facilitating product trials and evaluations and delivering in‑service training Developing effective relationships with key opinion leaders About You Several years’ experience in a similar portfolio, ideally within Cardiac Catheter Labs, Interventional Radiology Suites, Operating Theatres, Medical and Day Oncology suites. Proven experience working with Consultants, Nurses and multidisciplinary teams in the chosen field. Proven track record of sales achievements and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital system. Ability to deliver long‑term, customer‑focused solutions. Resilient and results‑driven, with exceptional relationship skills. Excellent communication, time‑management skills and good attention to detail. Additional Requirements To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver’s Licence, the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required and be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19.
