This role acts as a crucial link between the Accounts Division and the production team, managing both key and routine projects while upholding high standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role ensures alignment with operational initiatives and processes set by the CP Operations Director. The Senior Producer is responsible for managing key client relationships and executing major projects while overseeing the production team and ensuring that all activities meet deadlines, legal requirements, and client expectations. This role demands a deep understanding of production processes, strong client management skills, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively. Key Responsibilities Production Delivery Execution: Drive the smooth running of production delivery by implementing plans that align with the operational initiatives and strategic goals set by the CP Operations Director. Manage both major projects and routine tasks to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. Client and Project Management: Manage high-level client relationships and oversee the execution of significant projects. Provide regular progress reports to clients and agency leadership, documenting project milestones, budget expenditures, and other relevant metrics to assess project success and identify areas for improvement. Compliance Oversight: Ensure all production activities adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations, and intellectual property rights. Obtain necessary permits and licenses for filming, photography, or music usage. Team Management: Oversee the activities of the production team to ensure that timings are clear, deadlines are met, and client expectations are satisfied. Address any production-related issues or challenges that arise promptly and effectively to maintain project continuity and client satisfaction. Operational Assistance: Assist with project execution overflow during peak periods to support smooth delivery management and operational efficiency. Work closely with the Client Services Lead and Project Managers (PMs) to ensure delivery needs align with agreed service offerings. Strategic Solutions : Develop and implement strategies to address and resolve production challenges, enhancing project outcomes and operational efficiency. Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues to ensure smooth project execution. Team Development: Promote the professional growth of the production team by offering guidance, training, and feedback to improve their skills and performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development. Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to address production challenges and improve processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team. Technology and Tools: Oversee the effective use of production tools and technology, ensuring the team has access to the latest resources to support project needs and drive innovation.
