Allied Health Clinic Receptionist Join to apply for the Allied Health Clinic Receptionist role at take2health where we focus on the highest quality care for our clients. We’re constantly improving the client experience, expanding our knowledge base, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Across our two sites – Caroline Springs and Strathmore – we have a team of 5 osteopaths, 3 Remedial Massage therapists, a musculoskeletal therapist, and a range of complementary modalities including speech pathology, Pilates and acupuncture. Tasks & Responsibilities Front‑of‑house client experience officer – provide outstanding reception service. Organise, implement and optimise clinic systems and all aspects of running the front desk. Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the practice. Manage reception team – task delegation, training and rostering. Optimise practitioner diaries. Enhance the client experience and improve referral relationships. Invoicing and bookkeeping. Assist in recruitment, induction and support of new clinicians. Requirements Exceptional customer service skills with a fantastic work ethic. Excellent computer skills and aptitude for technology; knowledge of MAC computers is an advantage. Ability to work across both the Strathmore & Caroline Springs clinics. Prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment. Highly professional and friendly manner, with excellent communication and time‑management skills. Dynamic action taker – think on your feet. Previous experience with practice management software (e.g., Cliniko), Xero, HICAPS, PRODA and Medicare is well regarded but not essential.
