WHS (P&C) Psychosocial Project Lead

Job Title WHS (P&C) Psychosocial Project Lead Company Tandem Partners Pty Ltd. Pay Range A$80.00/hr – A$85.00/hr Role Overview Design and deliver a national psychosocial education program across education and community environments. About the Role Lead the rollout, education and embedding of a newly developed psychosocial risk framework across a diverse portfolio of sites. Design and execute a clear project and change‑management plan that operationalises psychosocial safety practices across multiple sites. Deliver workshops, training sessions and engagement forums that build leader and staff capability in understanding psychosocial risks and legislative requirements. Translate frameworks, policies and tools into practical, actionable guidance tailored to education and community environments. Provide coaching and consultation to principals, leaders and managers to embed psychosocial controls into daily operations. Support refinement of existing documentation and consultation processes as needed. Collaborate closely with the central safety and people teams to ensure alignment with broader safety strategies. Travel to interstate locations to deliver training and support adoption where required. Ensure implementation is confident, clear and avoids overwhelming frontline staff or creating unnecessary complexity. About You You are an experienced and confident practitioner who understands psychosocial legislation and knows how to guide organisations through meaningful behavioural change. You bring both technical knowledge and the relational capability required to influence across diverse environments. Candidate Profile HR generalists with strong psychosocial and WHS implementation experience. WHS specialists with proven project delivery and training capability. Employee relations specialists with psychosocial or WHS exposure and end‑to‑end change delivery skills. What You Bring Confidence supporting leaders at all levels through education, facilitation and change delivery. Experience in psychosocial risk, WHS, HR or employee relations with the ability to translate legislation into practical guidance. Strong delivery skills including project planning, stakeholder engagement and structured rollout execution. A calm, engaging communication style with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Experience working in multi‑site or complex service environments, ideally education, care or community settings. Ability to work independently while partnering closely with internal safety and people teams. Strong relationship building capability and a values‑led approach to influencing.
