Join to apply for the P&C Administrator role at Justice Connect Exciting opportunity for a P&C Administrator to provide high-quality administration support to the People & Culture (P&C) function at Justice Connect. The primary focus of the role is to maintain accurate P&C records and compliance activities, provide end to end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding administration support, and general P&C administration and project support. Our Operations program leads and supports the people, systems, and infrastructure that keep Justice Connect running smoothly and enables the organisation to thrive. We provide payroll, finance, IT, people & culture, and facilities management to over 100 staff and volunteers. The team also ensures strong organisational compliance, risk management and governance support for our volunteer Board. You’ll bring the following qualifications, skills and experience to the team: Completed Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) Currently holds or is working towards a Degree/Graduate Diploma in Business/Human Resources Knowledge of P&C processes, employment lifecycle Australian employment legislation Some proficiency and understanding with HRIS platforms Solid skills in MS Office Suite (Intermediate level) Exposure to EBA/Award knowledge and interpretation preferred (SCHADS Award desirable) You’ll also need to demonstrate commitment to Justice Connect's vision, strategy, and values of being client-centered, responsive, inclusive, innovative, collaborative, and impactful. What you’ll achieve in the role Maintain accurate, compliant and up-to-date employee records, training data, and P&C documentation across HRIS and compliance systems Deliver smooth, timely and well-coordinated recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes that enhance the employee experience Support JC in meeting legislative and regulatory compliance requirements Contribute to positive organisational culture by supporting wellbeing initiatives, engagement surveys, and general P&C projects Improve and maintain P&C processes, templates forms and workflows In this role, you’ll work to Ensure all employee lifecycle records, compliance activities and HRIS data are accurate, complete and aligned with legislative requirements Partner with Line Managers and the P&C Manager to enable effective recruitment processes, documentation accuracy, and timely decision-making Provide responsive, helpful P&C support by managing the P&C inbox, resolving queries, and escalating issues to the P&C Manager appropriately Coordinate administrative elements of key P&C programs such as training, engagement surveys, wellbeing initiatives, and policy updates Collaborate with payroll and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of employee changes pay accuracy and contract management A week in this role Supporting line managers with their recruitment activity including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and maintaining the recruitment tracker and database Monitoring and responding to employee and Manager queries to the P&C inbox and speaking to staff via email and Teams Preparing employment contracts and variations for employees Updating and maintaining employee records in the HRIS System including entering new hires and processing job profile changes for existing employees Assisting the P&C Manager with coordination of employee compliance training and reporting Coordinating onboarding and offboarding tasks including setting up new starters in P&C systems What we offer If you want your next role to have purpose, support your growth, and help you build meaningful connections, Justice Connect is the place to work. Employment is full time ongoing, 37.5 hours per week. (may consider 0.8 FTE) The salary for this role is $75,109.65 per annum plus 12% superannuation, with annual leave loading, additional leave benefits and generous salary packaging options. This role can be based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Boonurrung Country. We have flexible hybrid working arrangements, so you’ll spend 40% of your time in the office each month.
