This role suits a structured, detail‑driven PM who can collaborate seamlessly with consultants, contractors, project teams, and internal stakeholders while maintaining uncompromising quality and brand standards. Key Responsibilities Drive all stages of project delivery — design, procurement, construction, completion, and handover Lead and mentor internal teams and external partners to ensure excellence in design, build quality, and resident experience Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, reporting, and risk management processes Oversee stakeholder engagement, approvals, community amenities, and post‑completion requirements Uphold the brand ethos of quality, craftsmanship, and timeless design across every project milestone Ensure efficient coordination across integrated in‑house development, construction, and customer experience teams What You Bring Solid experience as a Project Manager within residential construction or development Strong capability in leading design, planning, construction, and stakeholder coordination A commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes with precision and accountability Excellent communication, leadership, scheduling, and reporting skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, design‑led environment What’s on Offer You’ll take carriage of two significant communities featuring wellness facilities, resort‑style amenities, and meticulously designed terrace homes.
