Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day corporate services and administrative operations across the business Develop and update internal policies, procedures, and operational systems Manage HR administration, onboarding, staff compliance, rostering coordination, and record-keeping Oversee office management including supplies, facilities, and contractor relationships Manage corporate documentation, correspondence, and workflow processes Support senior leadership with reporting, compliance, and strategic planning Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and company policies Tile Industry & Operational Support Coordinate communication between warehouse, sales, logistics and management teams Ensure accurate maintenance of product information, price lists, SKUs and tile specifications Support stock control processes, inventory reporting, and product movement tracking Oversee customer service support functions relating to tile orders, quoting documentation and project admin Implement process improvements that streamline the flow between showroom, warehouse, job sites and head office Support project and commercial job administration, including purchase orders, delivery scheduling, and quote support Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for corporate services Monitor and control operational and corporate service costs Ensure accurate financial records for management review and compliance purposes Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and procurement processes Qualifications Brings 3–5+ years’ experience in corporate services, operations management, or business administration Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Thrives in a high growth, evolving environment Wants to be part of a tight-knit family business and contribute long term Aligns with our core values: trust, respect, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Has budgeting, reporting and compliance experience Takes initiative and can implement efficient systems and processes Is adaptable and open to flexible work arrangements Why Join Tilestone?
