Insight Early Learning Dunsborough is a newly-built centre providing a warm, inspiring environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. We are looking for a passionate and vibrant Room Leader to join our amazing team in a permanent full-time role. This role will be working in our Nursery Room with children aged between 0-2 years. A regular day in this role will involve: Being responsible for management of the day-to-day operation of the assigned room. In collaboration with the Educational Leader, assisting with the development, implementation and reflection of the educational program to provide a high-quality program for all children and families. Supporting children's learning through interaction, investigation and projects. Monitor children’s health, nutrition and hygiene while providing emotional support and guidance. Closely working with the team to observe and document children's developmental progress against learning outcomes and establishing further learning goals. Building and maintaining positive and strong relations with the team to create a safe, supportive, stimulating and educational environment for all children and families. Ensuring a safe environment is maintained for staff and children. Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to all times. Working in line with Insight's philosophy, policies and procedures. Any ad hoc duties as required.
