Strong pipeline of complex matter and long‑standing client relationships. About the role : Drafting and advising on Dealer Agreements within the automotive industry along with related documents like franchise policies manuals and franchising code documentation. Providing expert guidance on Franchising Code compliance matters. Negotiating and drafting IP licenses and handling assignments. Working on IT and Tech Agreements including SaaS Agreements and drafting Terms and Conditions for marketplace platforms. Handling Distribution Agreements, Supply Agreements and Trading Terms. Offering advice on Consumer Law (ACL) and Privacy matters. Managing a broad range of commercial contracts across various sectors. Work Environment & Flexibility : Hybrid : 1 day WFH 4 days in‑office Team culture : Very flexible open‑door policy and a collaborative approach Billables : 5.5 6.5 but not strictly enforced The ideal candidate : Lawyer (2PQE) with proven track record in general commercial law IPT and franchising with strong academic results.
