The Opportunity Join a trusted FMCG leader and play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong distributor relationships, and expanding our product presence across your territory. As the Territory Manager, you will be the conduit between our business and the distributor network in your region. You’ll manage all aspects of distributor engagement from trading terms and promotional activity to sales performance and account development. Your focus will be on driving distribution, increasing sales volume, and achieving Gross Sales Revenue (GSV) through effective joint business planning. Manage all distributor relationships within your territory, ensuring compliance with trading terms and national promotional activity. Drive distribution, volume, and GSV to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Develop efficient monthly and quarterly call cycles, plan strategic account activities, and participate in territory, state, and national trade shows. Build strong, influential relationships with Distributor Owners, Managers, and their teams. Train and educate distributors on the Noumi product range through regular demonstrations and branch visits. Support distributors with customer issues, complaints, and the execution of promotional programs. Generate new business opportunities through key end‑user accounts to increase ranging across your distributor network. Collaborate with team members to support broader business goals and performance outcomes. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in an Account Manager or Territory Manager role. FMCG industry knowledge with strong account management experience. Experience working with distributors (desirable). A genuine passion for the food and coffee industries and the ability to communicate this effectively. A polished, professional presentation and communication style. Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes and build strategic relationships.
