Conducting wide ranging research across Phases I – IV, with over 200 awarded clinical trials from world leading Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology and Contract Research Organisations. The Opportunity We're seeking Recruitment Specialists to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based environment and wants to play a key role in connecting people with wide range of clinicaltrials. Office-based role in Chatswood, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week. We welcome applications from Working Holiday Visa holders. This role demands flexibility and quick thinking as you’ll play a pivotal part in our cutting-edge projects. Role Overview Engage and connect – In this phone-based role , handle incoming enquiries and proactively reach out to prospective clinical trial participants. Assess suitability – Review participant eligibility using strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, backed by a solid understanding of trial protocols. Communicate with care – Interact with potential participants via phone, SMS, and email, ensuring every exchange is clear, respectful, and empathetic. Keep records precise – Accurately maintain and update participant data in internal databases. Deliver outstanding service – Conduct thorough pre-screening assessments and refer queries to principal investigators when required. Drive results as a team – Collaborate closely with colleagues to meet recruitment targets and achieve study milestones. Foster relationships – Build trust and rapport with participants, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders. About You A confident and articulate phone communicator with proven experience in customer service, call centres, or similar high-volume phone-based roles (essential) . Comfortable managing and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes . Experience in healthcare, medical administration, or clinical trials is an advantage but not required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be both clear and compassionate. Thrives working independently while contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive or confidential information. Tech-savvy and confident working across multiple systems. Proficiency with medical database systems (e.g. CTMS) is highly desirable. Eligible to work in Australia – Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply.
