We are a Residential Construction business which has been on a growth journey. We are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic People team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening and placing top talent to support the continued growth and success of our organisation. This is a full-time position based in our Derrimut, Victoria office. What you’ll be doing Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Actively source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer and onboarding Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the organisation’s ongoing hiring needs Utilise applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline and optimise the hiring process Provide hiring managers with regular updates and feedback on the status of open positions Continuously research industry trends and best practices to improve the company’s recruitment strategies What we’re looking for 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both candidates and hiring managers A proactive, adaptable and results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated track record of successfully filling open positions Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a dynamic environment A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to building high-performing teams What we offer Highly engaging work environment Exceptional colleagues A place you can be yourself and belong Development and Career Progression About us Our mission is to create exceptional living experiences for our clients and communities.
