Leisure & Activities Officer – Calvary Health Care Calvary The Highbury, Glen Waverley, VIC 3150. Permanent part‑time position (40 hours per fortnight). About the role Located in Glen Waverley, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents. As the Leisure & Lifestyle Officer, you will work closely with the Home Manager and clinical team to plan, coordinate, and deliver individual and group activities tailored to residents’ needs. Responsibilities Under the guidance of the Lifestyle Coordinator, identify and be involved in care planning, designing and delivering 1‑1 care programming for residents that takes into account their lifestyle, hobbies and spiritual needs. Know residents’ care plans and be involved in family conferences. Provide social and emotional support to all residents ensuring care provision is holistic and person‑centred. About you Hold a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health. Have experience working as a Lifestyle Officer in aged care, delivering individual and group activities. Possess full working rights in Australia under a valid visa. Hold a current National Police Check. Passionate about enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for older adults.
