Description Aligned Leisure operates 53 leisure centres, community stadiums, pools, gyms, skate parks, gymnastics programs, theatres and other facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales. The Manager Stadiums role is a crucial part of Aligned Leisure operations. The successful candidate will drive occupancy and bookings of all stadiums under the Leisure Facilities contract, work across all Casey locations, and represent Aligned Leisure to community stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Drive occupancy and bookings of stadiums. Utilise community relationships to support occupancy and bookings. Collaborate with Centre Managers and Programming Coordinator on council plans. Pursue prospects to convert to tenants and user groups. Ensure booking information is readily available and channels capture enquiry data. Provide regular content for leisure communication channels. Manage stadium operations, including community rooms and multipurpose facilities. Drive occupancy and revenue on all casual court availabilities. Implement and maintain booking system processes. Seek opportunities for additional bookings. Ensure facilities are clean, presentable and set up for bookings and competitions. Implement program plans in accordance with agreed service plans. Review and implement stadium operational processes and procedures. Oversee a team of Centre Managers, Stadium Captains, Duty Captains and Customer Experience Officers. Maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation. Liaise with Centre Manager team on building, plant and equipment. Report maintenance items to Facilities and Council. Liaise with user groups and service delivery staff to coordinate facilities for programs. Supervise staff across service delivery. Ensure compliance to all shift checklists. Manage staff rosters, ensuring compliance with employment conditions. Prepare facility for direct service and shift activities. Maximise sales opportunities for bookings, programs and memberships. Minimise wait times at front desk and phones to enhance customer experience. Maintain working relationships with tenants, user groups and community groups. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive occupancy and booking growth. Support inclusive and meaningful community participation. Model the values of AWARE, DISCIPLINED, RELENTLESS, UNITED. Act in the best interests of Aligned Leisure and council. Deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences for customers. Essential Qualifications and Experience Experience in sports management and sports programming. Understanding of Health and Safety legislation and industry guidelines for stadium operations. Well‑developed supervisory skills and ability to train a diverse team. Understanding of key stadium user groups and negotiation skills. Subject to relevant pre‑employment checks; current working with children check required. First Aid and CPR qualifications (or willingness to attain). Personal Attributes Customer‑focused.
