Australia's peak industry body for Sports Turf Management Key Responsibilities Work within the arena team to produce a high-quality turf surface for all venue hirers. Implement and safely operate the SGL Concept for turf growth and management. Oversee turf replacement activities, ensuring compliance with venue quality standards. Supervise contractors working on the arena, ensuring minimal impact on the playing surface. Ensure all turf practices comply with OH&S and EPA requirements. Deliver accurate line marking and sponsor grass signage for all events. Complete all required documentation accurately and on time. Contribute to key projects within and outside of core responsibilities. Support turf management at partner venues including Ikon Park, Whitten Oval, and RSEA Park. Collaborate with the broader Marvel Stadium / AFL team to ensure operational success. About You Trade qualification in turf management or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of turf maintenance practices and compliance standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and supervise contractors effectively. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and event days. Why Join Us?
