Location: Brisbane/Gold Coast/Darling Downs/Sunshine CoastEmployment Type: Full-time / CasualStart Date: Immediate Start AvailablePay Rate: Hourly rate based on experience Telecommunications Cable Hauler / Pit & Pipe Labourer About the Role We are seeking motivated and reliable Telecommunications Cable Haulers / Pit & Pipe Labourers to join our growing team. You’ll be working on a variety of fibre optic network projects, assisting with the installation, hauling, and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Hauling and installing fibre optic through conduit systems Assisting with pit and pipe installation, excavation, and reinstatement Operating winches, hauling equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently Performing general site labouring duties as required Ensuring all work is completed safely and to quality standards Following instructions from supervisors and working collaboratively with the crew Requirements White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential Current driver’s licence – essential Experience in telecommunications, civil, or construction labouring – highly regarded Pit & pipe or cable hauling experience – preferred Ability to work outdoors in various conditions Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious Desirable Tickets (Not Essential) Traffic Control (Stop/Slow) HR or MR license First Aid / CPR Confined Space / Working at Heights NBN Enable, Telstra, or other network accreditation What We Offer Competitive hourly rate + overtime + travel allowances Consistent work and opportunities for long-term employment Supportive team culture with on-the-job training Career development opportunities within the telecommunications industry How to Apply If you’re hardworking, safety-focused, and ready to join a team that values quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
