We currently seek experienced Cablers (Data and Telecommunications), Telecommunications Cable Jointers, and Technicians to join our team in Osborne Park in full‑time roles. Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for the installation of all facets of specialised communication cabling, including Fibre Optic cabling, in accordance with communication standards. Main tasks: Installation of all facets of specialised communication cabling, including Fibre Optic cabling, in accordance with communication standards AS/CA S009, AS/CA S008, including Copper/Data cabling, within building standard codes and regulations, as a certified installer. Specialised Termination of all facets of communication cabling and telecommunications systems including Data (Copper) cabling networks and Optical fibre networks, including terminations of in‑ground, underground, internal building and overhead OPGW of various networks. Fibre Optic network testing (OTDR, VFL, Live Fibre ID and LSPM) including detailed analysis and editing of results with fibre specific source software. Interpretation of Fibre Optic Loss Budgets and trace files with associated report writing to define result. A salary of $78,000 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
