Director of Fundraising and Public Engagement – CARE Australia Full-time | Two-Year Fixed TermBased in Melbourne CBD with hybrid / flexible working options What You'll Do As a key member of our Executive Team, you will lead a passionate and high-performing group of fundraising, marketing, and communication professionals. Your mission is to maximise revenue streams, expand our public reach, and ensure the financial strength that enables CARE Australia to continue and grow its life‑changing work across the globe. You will shape and deliver powerful strategies that increase brand visibility, build meaningful supporter relationships, and secure sustainable funding while keeping CARE's mission at the heart of everything we do. What We're Looking For Senior‑level leadership in marketing, customer engagement and/or fundraising A visionary mindset paired with the operational know‑how to turn plans into impact Experience in delivering integrated campaigns that build both brand and revenue Deep understanding of donor motivations and relationship management A passion for making the world a better and more equitable place Why CARE Australia?
