What You’ll Do As a key member of our Executive Team, you’ll lead a passionate and high-performing group of fundraising, marketing, and communication professionals. Your mission? To maximise revenue streams, expand our public reach, and ensure the financial strength that enables CARE Australia to continue and grow its life-changing work across the globe. You’ll shape and deliver powerful strategies that grow brand visibility, build meaningful supporter relationships and secure sustainable funding – all while keeping CARE’s mission at the heart of everything we do. What We’re Looking For You are a strategic leader with sharp commercial instincts, outstanding people management skills, and a proven track record in driving growth. Whether you come from the non-profit world or the private sector, you understand how to inspire teams, engage donors, and deliver results. You bring: Senior-level leadership in marketing, customer engagement and / or fundraising A visionary mindset paired with the operational know-how to turn plans into impact Experience in delivering integrated campaigns that build both brand and revenue Deep understanding of donor motivations and relationship management A passion for making the world a better and more equitable place Why CARE Australia?
