The role: MSI Asia Pacific is seeking a Fundraising Officer for a fixed-term, full-time, 11-month maternity cover , ideally commencing on 12 January 2026 . We are looking for the role to be performed full-time but open to consider part-time hours at a minimum of 3 days per week. This role provides essential administrative support to our Philanthropy and Individual Giving programs. Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager, Philanthropy Manager, and Director of Fundraising and Communications, the Fundraising Officer will manage donor data, track income, support donor engagement, and assist with reporting. The role also contributes to research and data entry to support fundraising efforts and may provide additional administrative support across the wider Fundraising and Communications team. During the contract period, the Fundraising Officer will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a new Individual Giving CRM. Key responsibilities: Capture and maintain accurate donor data in the CRM, ensuring 100% accuracy and supporting reporting needs. Administer fundraising platforms to manage donor, prospect, and partner records across Philanthropy and Individual Giving programs. Conduct donor and prospect research, track engagement activities, and respond to enquiries to support relationship management. Assist with campaign and appeal reporting, donation processing, and supplier coordination for Individual Giving initiatives. Reconcile and clean data across multiple systems including financial platforms, CRM, and email marketing tools. Support the transition to a new CRM, including data migration, testing, and user acceptance activities. Manage donor communications by responding to queries, issuing receipts, and supporting donor events and engagement. Provide general administrative support to the Fundraising and Communications team, including event logistics, diary management, and procurement. Essential attributes, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Proud to be pro-choice Passion and enthusiasm for reproductive health issues, women's rights and social change Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as marketing, communications, commerce etc or demonstrated transferable skills in a similar role. Experience in donor support services in a fundraising team Experience or passion for non‑profits, philanthropy, fundraising, marketing or communications. Experience in data management in a CRM system - Raisers Edge preferred Intermediate/ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams) Ability to manage multiple and complex activities at any given time. Confident and comfortable learning varied new technology and programs MSIAP is a child‑safe organisation and has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation abuse and harassment.
