The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working as a team and operates as a true business partner to senior leaders — someone who creates clarity and momentum across the business. You will support three Executive General Managers while being formally line-managed by the Senior Executive Assistant / National Office Experience Lead , ensuring you are supported and mentored by someone who deeply understands the EA profession. This is a role for an EA who takes pride in the craft, enjoys operating at a senior level, building strong relationships and wants to build long‑term mastery and influence as an Executive Assistant. Executive & Administrative Support Act as a trusted right‑hand to three Executive General Managers, enabling them to operate at their highest level Optimise priorities, time, focus and decision flow for senior leaders Manage complex, fast‑moving diaries, travel, meetings and communications with sound judgment and discretion Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively and protect executive effectiveness Prepares and edits key documents such as reports, presentations, and meeting documents. Is the primary point of contact between Executive General Managers and Executives and key internal and external stakeholders. Business Support Employs strong task management, communication and problem‑solving skills to assist allocated Executive General Manager or other Executives with key business initiatives, strategic projects or other organisational activities. Plays a crucial liaison role between the CEO and Executive Leadership team, ensuring seamless communication, efficiency, and alignment across leadership. Track actions, manage follow‑ups and hold stakeholders accountable with professionalism Partner closely with the Senior EA and broader EA function to deliver seamless executive support nationally Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Acts as the first point of contact for Executive General Managers and other Executives, ensuring professional and corporate communication. Handles confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity Build trusted relationships across the Executive Leadership Team and key partners Draft high‑quality correspondence, reports and communications with strong attention to tone and impact Meeting & Event Coordination Ensure leaders are well‑briefed and positioned for success in meetings, client engagements and offsites Drive clarity, accountability and outcomes through agendas, minutes and follow‑ups Ensures all meeting participants are prepared with necessary materials and briefings Arranges logistics and agendas for meetings or events, including liaising with client’s Executive Assistants or other administrative assistants. Manages and supports the Office Experience Managers in the delivery of a variety events and functions to ensure professional and enjoyable office experiences.
