Join our dynamic team as the Sales Manager, where you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in key Australian and New Zealand markets. Your mission will be to develop, manage, and grow Mohawk product awareness and sales. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well‑organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Unilin Panels’ market share. Manage and expand our distributor network across Australia and New Zealand. Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to ensure successful product rollouts. Build strong relationships with OEM customers to generate demand through our distribution network. Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, planning, calculation) to ensure seamless operations. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Stay informed on local fire and NCC regulations and communicate requirements to HQ. Represent Unilin at trade fairs and industry events to boost brand visibility. Lead the regional marketing strategy in collaboration with our Belgian marketing team. Maintain strong ties with sister companies (e.g., Godfrey Hirst, Premium Floors) to explore synergies. What You Bring Based in a major Australian city with full working rights. Fluent in English; French is a plus. 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials (mezzanine flooring, wooden panels, veneer). A self‑starter with a passion for business development and relationship building. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) and occasionally adjust working hours for collaboration with Belgian HQ. Experience in training and supporting distributor sales teams.
