We have a new opportunity for a Senior Client Executive based in Melbourne . You will be responsible for developing new client relationships, as well as maximising the potential of existing ones. The role is fast-paced and will require a self-motivated, relentless sales professional, both hunter and farmer. You will have a proven track record of smashing sales targets along with the ability to build productive relationships with C-Level clients. The Role: Developdeep and enduringpartnershipswithnew and existingclients. Acting as a trusted advisor,you will need tounderstand and supportyour clients’immediate and long-term goals. Fullyunderstand client needsby being naturally curious, askinginsightful questions andcollaborating with technical teamsto help craft impactful solutions. Leverage your experience insolution sellingto create compelling value propositions that resonate with client needs and strategicobjectives. Lead impactful, consultative discussions that position LAB3 as not only a service provider but also a strategic partner andthought leaderin business transformation. Collaborate with key technology partnerMicrosoft& technology vendorstoidentifyand cultivate new client opportunities. Keep up to date withindustry trends and advancements to introduce innovative solutions that align with evolving client needs and competitive requirements. Drive sales initiatives with a focus on sustainable growth,leveraginga strategic approach to expand LAB3's footprint in key accounts. The ideal candidate: You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of meeting (and exceeding) targets. You are a pro at building andmaintainingrelationships atsenior, Director & C-suite levels. A keen technical curiosity in industrytrends willprove invaluable in this role. Abletoidentifyclient issues, effectively communicate our value proposition, accurately capture requirements, problem solve, and present productsand services. You have a technical foundation and are capable of understanding business transformation needs and can work with internal/external teams to develop a technology transformation road map. Experiencesellingtechnologysolutionsis ideal,along withasolidbase knowledge of technology productsand services, ideally within theAzure & Microsoftecosystems. Based in Melbourne, you will have established contacts in the region, particularly with government and enterprise clients.
