As Executive Manager, AI Client Solutions, you’ll split your time between winning new business and making sure it actually gets delivered well. It’s a commercial role with real delivery accountability – you’ll identify opportunities, shape the strategy with senior clients, win the work, then guide teams through implementation. You’ll work directly with C‑suite executives and senior stakeholders on AI transformation. That means developing proposals that actually make business sense, leading workshops to figure out what problems AI can realistically solve, and building relationships that last beyond a single project. This role has serious growth potential for people who can think strategically, understand the business value of AI and lead teams to deliver results. How You’ll Create Impact Proactively identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities across existing and new accounts, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high‑value engagements Develop winning propositions that articulate clear business cases, competitive advantage, and ROI – while structuring and negotiating commercial terms with senior client stakeholders Lead strategic workshops with C‑suite and executive teams, translating business ambitions into actionable AI transformation roadmaps Design and oversee delivery of business‑critical AI solutions across multiple engagements, ensuring client satisfaction, quality outcomes, and profitability Build and maintain executive relationships with key decision makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and identifying expansion opportunities Lead high‑performing hybrid teams of strategists, data scientists, and business professionals, driving both commercial and delivery excellence The Superpowers You’ll Be Bringing To The Team Commercial Mindset: You know how to spot valuable opportunities and close complex deals. Translator Between Worlds: You can talk strategy in the boardroom and have the AI fluency to work credibly with technical teams – you get how AI creates business value and can explain it in ways that resonate with executives Consulting Background: You’ve guided organisations through complex transformations before. You think about the whole picture – not just the technology but the people, processes, and change management. You’re comfortable leading client work in fast‑paced environments where the answers aren’t always clear upfront. Required Experience And Capabilities 10+ years in strategy consulting or professional services with significant exposure to AI/analytics‑driven transformation Strong commercial track record developing and closing complex, high‑value engagements Experience leading or advising on AI implementations that delivered measurable business outcomes Business understanding of AI/ML concepts and their strategic applications – sufficient to engage credibly with both executives and technical teams Outstanding client relationship management at C‑suite and senior stakeholder levels Exceptional communication skills across strategic, commercial, and technical contexts What Could Your Quantium Experience Look Like?
