Responsibilities Lead complex migration engagements, providing authoritative advice on employer‑sponsored migration and high‑stakes visa applications. Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and clients’ global mobility teams, becoming their go‑to advisor on immigration strategy. Identify opportunities to integrate KPMG’s broader global mobility services, influencing business growth and client success. Navigate and resolve intricate migration challenges with confidence and precision. Core Competencies You are a relationship builder, with keen communication skills and the knack for building and managing relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders. You are a kind and compassionate leader with a passion for continually growing your leadership skills to get the best out of a diverse and multidisciplinary team. You are passionate about the importance of fantastic communication to share ideas, inspire, and create change. You are able to digest, distil, and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal forms. Qualifications & Experience Registered Migration Agent with at least 7 years of hands‑on experience in Australian immigration. Demonstrated expertise across a wide spectrum of immigration matters and visa subclasses, ideally in complex and high‑volume environments. Proven ability to lead teams , mentor consultants, and deliver results under pressure. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of engaging senior‑level clients. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance priorities, manage deadlines, and identify opportunities for innovation. A genuine passion for immigration and a commitment to staying ahead of legislative and regulatory changes. Additional Information Please note that applications close on the 18th of December 2025.
