The opportunities to join our vast team are endless as our company continues to expand; we are always seeking new and motivated individuals to join our team About the role Tynan Motors Subaru have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Sales Executive to join our booming Subaru Dealership in Sutherland. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry experience looking for a change or closer proximity to home. Tynan Subaru has an incredibly strong market and customer base whose demand for new cars is exceptionally strong. Within our incredibly stable and established business we have a unique opportunity for the right candidate who wants to create a name for themselves; working with this dominating, global brand - Subaru Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but not limited to: All aspects of the sales process Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customer Achieving individual sales KPI'S Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Subaru Brand Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting our clients to find the right vehicle About you Passionate about the automotive industry and the Subaru Brand Previous experience in car sales - essential Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills Motivated and process driven Excellent negotiation and closing skills Ability to create a positive working environment NSW driver's licence (Manual and Automatic) Must be able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) when required as per roster - (10 day fortnight with 2 scheduled days off per week) Why would you want to join Tynan Subaru?
