The opportunities to join our vast team are endless as our company continues to expand; we are always seeking new and motivated individuals to join our team About the role With dealerships covering multiple sites across the Sutherland Shire & Illawarra Region; we have experienced exceptional growth and prepared for further expansion New & exciting opportunities awaits an experienced Business Manager or Trainee Business Manager who joins our F&I team. This position provides an extra opportunity to sell Aftermarket Products in addition to Finance & Insurance. Responsibilities Build strong relationships between customers and the dealership, and also with our Finance, Insurance and Aftermarket partners Facilitate finance & insurance quotations/Prepare and submit all financial applications and liaise with financiers Qualify and offer customers aftermarket products that will best suit their individual needs Work closely with the sales departments to drive strong penetration results Requirements / About you You will be an experienced Business Manager with experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance Relevant Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a flair for numbers Strong negotiation and closing skills You will have strong computer skills, sales and time management skills, but above all, have a fantastic work ethic You will be flexible and able to work a rotating roster. As a trainee; we will consider existing sales executives in the motor trade, or other retail industries with a proven track record in sales and/or some background in finance sales.
