The opportunities to join our vast team are endless as our company continues to expand; we are always seeking new and motivated individuals to join our team About the Role Tynan Motors KIA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Sales Executive to join our booming KIA Dealership in Sutherland . This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry experience looking for a change or closer proximity to home. Tynan KIA has an incredibly strong market and customer base whose demand for new cars is exceptionally strong. Within our incredibly stable and established business we have a unique opportunity for the right candidate who wants to create a name for themselves; working with this dominating, global brand – KIA Responsibilities All aspects of the sales process Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customers Achieving individual sales KPI'S Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge of the KIA Brand Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting our clients to find the right vehicle About You Passionate about the automotive industry and the KIA Brand Previous experience in car sales – essential Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills Motivated and process driven Excellent negotiation and closing skills Ability to create a positive working environment NSW driver's licence (Manual and Automatic) Must be able to work weekends (Saturday's & Sunday’s) when required as per roster – (10 day fortnight with 2 scheduled days off per week) Why would you want to join Tynan KIA?
