ICT Systems V&V Manager Key Experience & Responsibilities Cloud & System Testing Strong experience testing cloud-based systems, ideally on Azure. Proficient in load, performance, resilience, and operational readiness testing. Background in data centre environments and large-scale system performance validation. Data Ingestion & System Integration Experience validating data ingestion pipelines, including: Static data delivered on scheduled intervals. Dynamic data delivered in real time and in structured formats. Exposure to geospatial data or complex data adapters is highly desirable. System Functionality, Auditability & Traceability Ensuring full auditability across all system actions. Managing traceability for all add, modify, update, and delete activities. Experience working with federated systems or multi-system integrations. Domain-Specific Knowledge (Preferred) Familiarity with regulated operational environments. Understanding of safety, compliance, and operational standards in complex ICT environments. Experience with workflow-based systems; exposure to drone or flight‑management systems is advantageous. V&V Manager Competencies Verification & Validation Expertise Extensive experience leading V&V activities across large ICT systems. Skilled in requirements traceability, test planning, documentation, and reporting. Hands‑on experience with automated testing and CI/CD‑integrated test pipelines. Strong understanding of systems engineering, quality assurance, and resilience testing. Leadership & Delivery Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor staff, and make informed technical and program decisions. Ability to drive process improvement and influence system quality outcomes. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of translating complex technical detail for varied audiences. Effective in stakeholder engagement, reporting, and governance forums. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, or technology uplift Other Information 6-month contract based in Brisbane.
