Join a major superannuation organisation embarking on a large, multi‑phase Acurity transformation consolidating several legacy platforms into one unified ecosystem. This role offers long‑term stability, complex delivery, and the opportunity to shape how testing is done across one of the sector’s most significant transformations. Who you will be working with You’ll join a high-performing technology and transformation function delivering a multi-year program to simplify and modernise core administration. The team is scaling, structured across delivery streams, and supported by specialist domain SMEs in superannuation, product, data, integration, and Acurity configuration. The culture is collaborative and delivery-focused with strong executive sponsorship and clear long-term roadmap. Benefits to the successful applicant Multi-year transformation program with genuine long-term stability Leadership exposure across program directors and key business stakeholders Ability to shape test strategy, frameworks, and best practice from the ground up Work with modern tooling and a forward-looking program architecture Hybrid flexibility with supportive, mature working environment Duties and responsibilities include Lead end-to-end test planning across phased Acurity transformation and platform consolidation Define and own test strategy, approach, tooling and quality frameworks Oversee system testing, SIT, E2E, regression, conversion testing, and business acceptance Coordinate test activities across internal teams, vendors, Acurity SMEs and product owners Drive quality gates for each release and ensure test readiness across all phases Manage defect governance and reporting for program leadership We are looking for someone with Strong experience delivering testing on Acurity transformations, migrations or large superannuation programs Deep understanding of superannuation products, rules engines, calculations and member events Proven ability to lead testing in large multi-phase programs, ideally consolidating or migrating core platforms Strong vendor coordination, planning and communication skills Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholder groups Calm, structured leadership style with strong attention to detail and quality If you are interested in this new opportunity, please apply directly.
