The position is based at our NSW warehouse, located in Wetherill Park. To be considered for this role, you must hold a current forklift licence.About the role:Overall accountability for the Rinnai NSW Warehouse functionProvide leadership, guidance, and support to our team of warehouse employeesManage employee performance, monitor KPI's and the day to day workflow managementEnsure that Rinnai's high standards of customer service and product fulfillment is maintainedTake a proactive role in driving Work Health Safety (WHS) standards and requirementsAdministration tasks related to warehousing and despatch coordinationPreparation of orders from picking slipsR/F scanning and forklift operationPicking and packing of goods for deliveryUnloading, receipting, and warehousing of all inward goodsDrive stocktaking requirements and provision of relevant reportingIdentify continuous improvement and change initiativesAbout you:A proven work history as a warehouse manager who enjoys being part of the teamYou will have a hands-on approach as a manager and actively assist the team with all daily warehouse related dutiesExperience in supervising, leading and managing a team of StorepersonsSolid experience in the overall management of large warehouse spaces eg. 10,000sqmA strong focus in managing, monitoring and maintaining Work Health & Safety standardsYou are a passionate and hard working leader who is keen for career development and personal growthYou must hold a current Forklift licenceApplicants who have prior experience in the planning, management and implementation of a complete warehouse relocation will be held in high regard.If you are looking for that next role that will provide you with an opportunity for success, then we would love to hear from you.See what makes working for Rinnai the right choice for you.We strive to be a workplace that people want to be a part of, our focus is on employee wellbeing and creating a positive work life balance.Contact UsIf you have any questions about our current vacancies or anything else, please get in touch.
