About Us Kieser Australia is a network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning Clinics. Opportunity An exciting opportunity to join the team at our new Bendigo clinic, as an Exercise Scientist. Set to open in January 2025, our team of Exercise Scientists are dedicated to educating and supervising our clients on the training floor to achieve long-term health outcomes through strength training. Responsibilities Actively engage on the training floor by conducting 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients Apply scientific concepts (biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, motor control) and evidence-based practices to support clients Provide evidence-based advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance Develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients Establish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clients Guide athletes or clients with fitness goals to achieve peak performance and recover from injury Complete a range of administrative duties Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards This role is being offered as a part-time or full-time opportunity.
