Opportunity Join the Kieser Ringwood team as an Exercise Scientist, a role dedicated to educating and supervising our clients on the training floor to achieve long-term health outcomes through strength training. Responsibilities Actively engage on the training floor by conducting 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients Apply scientific concepts (biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, motor control) and evidence-based practices to support clients Provide evidence-based advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance Develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients Establish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clients Guide athletes or clients with fitness goals to achieve peak performance and recover from injury Complete a range of administrative duties Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards Required Qualifications & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Exercise/Sports Science or related discipline where at least 2 of the following units have been completed – Physiology & Anatomy; Biomechanics/Human Movement; Exercise Programming/Prescription.
