Growth Marketing Lead – Telestar Communications Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for building, leading, and executing Telestar’s end‑to‑end growth marketing strategy. This role will focus on pipeline generation, market development, branding consistency, and field readiness enablement across both direct and indirect channels. The successful candidate will be hands‑on, leveraging Salesforce (SFDC), best‑practice tools, and workflows to design and launch new market services, elevate Telestar’s brand, and expand into whitespace opportunities. Key Responsibilities Own demand generation strategy to deliver qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets. Identify and target new markets and whitespace opportunities in ICT and fleet services. Execute multi‑channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, ABM) to drive awareness and acquisition. Embed campaigns into SFDC workflows for accurate lead attribution, pipeline visibility, and conversion tracking. Ensure brand consistency across all customer and partner touchpoints. Refresh messaging to align with Telestar’s positioning: any device, anywhere, managed and powered by Telestar. Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, webinars, case studies) to strengthen market presence. Campaign Management Build, lead, and execute full campaign management from concept to launch. Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and ROI tracking. Use best‑practice methodologies and tools to optimise campaign performance. Report campaign outcomes to Directors and leadership team. Field Readiness & Enablement Develop and deliver enablement training and materials for direct and indirect channels. Create playbooks, sales collateral, and training sessions to ensure field teams are equipped to sell new services. Partner with Sales Ops to embed enablement into SFDC workflows and BI dashboards. Drive adoption of new services through structured enablement programs. New Market Services Launch Collaborate with Product, Presales, and Implementation to design go‑to‑market strategies. Build launch campaigns directly in SFDC, including lead routing, opportunity tracking, and reporting. Enable field organisation with collateral and training for new service adoption. Success Metrics Pipeline contribution (% of new ARR sourced by marketing). Campaign ROI (CAC vs LTV). Brand awareness and share of voice in ANZ ICT services. Successful launch and adoption of new services. Field enablement effectiveness (training completion, collateral usage, sales adoption). Customer retention and expansion rates influenced by lifecycle marketing. Skills & Experience 7+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in ICT, SaaS, or managed services. Proven track record in pipeline generation, demand marketing, and new service launches. Hands‑on expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) — workflows, dashboards, campaign attribution. Strong experience in field readiness and enablement across direct and indirect channels. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with BI tools and marketing automation platforms. Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies for marketing sprints.
