About The Role Sake Restaurant & Bar Hamer Hall is looking for an experienced sushi chef to manage the sushi section. Responsibilities include filleting fish, preparing sashimi, nigiri, and rolls. What We Are Looking For Strong understanding of Japanese produce, culinary techniques, and kitchen equipment. Experience in general or specialised cooking, butchering, baking or pastry cooking duties. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ensure compliance with WH&S procedures. Understanding of food and safety standards.
