Are you looking for a secure, hands‑on role where no two days are the same? The role: Join our team as a Facilities Officer, working across Council’s equine, livestock and airport facilities, including White Park, the Scone Saleyards, and the Scone Regional Airport. In this role, you’ll enjoy working outdoors and across multiple sites, undertaking a wide range of operational, maintenance and labouring tasks that help keep our facilities safe, functional and well‑presented. You’ll also interact with facility users supporting the smooth operation of community and commercial activities. Is reliable and willing to learn and follow instruction. Has good communication and customer service skills when dealing with facility users and the public. Holds a class C drivers license. Has experience in the safe operation of maintenance plant and equipment such as tractor, slasher, mower, whipper snipper etc. Is comfortable using basic technology, such as mobile devices or online systems. Has the ability to work independently as required. Is willing to be available for after hours or on‑call work.
