Medical Receptionist - Permanent Part Time Medical Receptionist (Physiotherapy) - Permanent Part-time (Vermont South) Approx 25 hours per week and additional cover as required First Choice Health Physiotherapy practice Friendly team, newly renovated location with supportive management structure An opportunity exists for an experienced medical receptionist to join our growing physiotherapy practice - First Choice Health. Providing services to Vermont South and the surrounding area, we have a great team of experienced and highly-regarded practitioners, and pride ourselves on our high level of service to all our patients. We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist to become an integral part of our friendly team. Previous experience in physiotherapy is preferred although not required. A positive, 'can-do' approach, high level communication skills and an excellent customer service approach, however, are essential. You will also need a thorough understanding of HICAPS billing, good computer literacy and must be a self-starter who shows initiative. Day-to-day responsibilities include the full range of front desk functions, from answering phones through to receipting payments, liaising with insurance companies, etc, and readiness of the practice and treatment rooms, with an overall focus on supporting our practitioners in their delivery of exceptional service. The current position is permanent part-time, approximate 25 hours per week, involving a mix of morning and evening work, with the potential for additional hours including holiday and emergency cover in the future.
