We are currently seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join our company to provide professional advice and support to our valuable Perth and Remote site teams. Reporting to the HSE Manager and the HSE Superintendent or the Relevant Project Managers when on site, you will be responsible for all HSE related matters. Responsibilities Administer specific project Health Safety Environmental Plans. Administer HSE registers. Carry out standard HSE tasks, including safety and environmental inspections, toolbox talks, safety interactions, SWMS/JHA surveillances and START Card inspections and reviews. Ensure subcontractor compliance with set procedures and requirements. Investigate all incidents with efficiency, implement corrective actions and ensure debriefs are conducted with teams. Assist with internal and external audits. Establish, communicate and roll out specific Standard Operating Procedures for tasks. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in an HSE role (preferred). Strong HSE focus with a commitment to uphold our mission statement and core values. Certificate IV Training and Assessment desirable. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. What’s on offer Competitive remuneration package. Variety of daily tasks. Working with a leader in the industry.
