This role involves leading a team of dedicated HSE Advisors to provide timely and accurate support for safety-focused operations across multiple locations. About you: You will have a bachelor's degree/certification in a HSE You need at least four years of experience in multi-site HSE management within manufacturing operations Act as a role model for safety behaviour, build trust with employees and management, and deploy the company's HSE strategy, programs, and standards Chartered Member of IOSH / Certified Safety Professional (CSP) / Senior Safety Specialist (HVK) or equivalent (not essential) About the role: Requires experience with behavioural safety and the implementation of ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 Success in this position requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and technical credibility, as well as the ability to drive change and contribute to a sustainable safety culture You will report on and influence HSE Leading and Lagging performance indicators Provide support to major projects, complex shutdown activities, or major modifications If you feel you have the skills and experience required to be successful in this position, please apply now at or alternatively call Sharee Grace on *** for a confidential conversation.
