The Appointment Our client is a global leader in the construction industry and is seeking an experienced HSE Administrator for an immediate start at their Eagle Farm site. This assignment is initially for 2 months, with potential for extension. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team and gain exposure to site HSE processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate site inductions and support the delivery of toolbox talks, ensuring clear communication of safety requirements. Transfer and format information from various documents into Word and other software programs with accuracy. Draft and edit procedures and HSE-related documents to ensure clarity, compliance, and consistency. Perform general HSE administrative duties including filing, document control, and maintaining accurate records. Work collaboratively with the HSE and site teams, managing competing priorities and demonstrating strong initiative and time-management skills. The Appointee Demonstrated experience in HSE or site administration within construction or similar environments. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Positive, proactive attitude with a team-focused approach. Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with site teams, supervisors, and stakeholders.
