Develop, implement and maintain site-specific HSE programs, plans and risk assessments. Supervise and mentor the on-site HSE team, ensuring proactive preparation for upcoming works. Conduct audits, inspections and HSE reviews, providing expert advice and driving corrective actions. Manage incident investigations, reporting, root-cause analysis and close‑out of actions. Deliver HSE reporting, training and coaching to project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders. Champion continuous improvement, environmental initiatives and ESG‑related activities. Relevant Experience required for the HSE Manager: Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering or similar, with 8+ years in HSE management roles. Strong knowledge of safety legislation and construction/project environments. Demonstrated success developing and implementing HSE programs on complex construction, mining, O&G, or heavy-industry projects. Proven leadership capability with experience managing HSE teams and influencing diverse stakeholders. Skilled in incident management, HSE reporting, audits, and use of HSE management systems/software.
