Role Overview The HSE Manager at Built is responsible for supporting projects and teams with HSE safety coaching and contractor safety management. This role provides leadership and involves hands‑on management of the continuous improvement of Built's health and safety processes, reducing risk and growing a positive safety culture. Typical Day Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager and working closely with project and site managers and operational teams, providing guidance on any HSE matters. Providing advice on legislative and regulatory requirements. Building and maintaining Built’s policies and frameworks. Identifying training needs and coaching teams in solutions. Ensuring significant incidents are investigated and actions are closed out in a timely manner. Success Factors Our success here is defined by the energy you bring to work every day. Here are the essentials you’ll need for this role: Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Building and Construction industry. HSE auditor certification and a Certificate IV in WHS and workplace training and assessment. Demonstrated working knowledge of environmental legislation.
