About You Retail experience for more than 1 year in a similar role Fantastic customer service experience is a must. Position Summary As our Senior Sales Person, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store and supporting the overall management of the business. Your main focus will be to provide exceptional customer service, exceed sales targets, maintain store appearance, and uphold company policies and procedures, as well as support the management of Kuwaii. This role requires strong organisation, multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and customer relationship management. As our Kuwaii Senior Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for translating the Kuwaii philosophy to our customers with the view of meeting your sales targets, while keeping your store looking exceptional, and ensuring our opening hours are maintained. As an integral part of our sales team, you'll be required to build relationships with customers with the view of increasing our all‑important VIP Customer listing. We're looking for someone who is focused, efficient, super‑organised, hardworking and an excellent multi‑tasker. You must have proven sales experience in retail or a similar field. Maintaining and building personal relationships is imperative as is being able to handle many tasks at once and stay on top of them all. Communication both written and verbal is very important, as well as a strong personal sales technique. The perfect candidate will be looking for an ongoing flexible casual role within our team. We are looking for someone who possibly has their own small business, side hustle or creative practice and for whom a long‑term but flexible role will suit. This role is currently for 2-3 days a week, with availability required for weekends, and to cover shifts as needed. We plan our rosters 1 month in advance to support your work / life balance so that you will have a clear view of your upcoming shifts.
