Working alongside an experienced Senior Sales Consultant at our Meridian Display Centre and supporting the transition into our brand-new Riverfield Display (opening February 2026), this role is the ideal platform to launch your new home sales career. About the Role As a Sales Associate, you'll gain hands‑on experience in every aspect of the sales process — from greeting clients and managing enquiries to preparing sales documentation and assisting with display presentation. You'll receive direct mentoring, structured training, and a supportive pathway to grow into a Sales Consultant role. Key Responsibilities Assist with day‑to‑day client enquiries and maintain display presentation Manage client records and CRM data entry (HubSpot) Support the preparation of pricing, contracts, and client files Participate in training sessions and sales meetings Work closely with your Senior Sales Consultant to achieve sales outcomes About You Enthusiastic, professional, and customer‑focused Excellent communication and organisation skills Confident using technology and CRM systems Availability to work weekends and one weekday RDO Previous experience in sales or customer service (property background advantageous) Minimum 1‑2 years of sales or customer service experience required Australian work rights required for this position What We Offer Supportive leadership and structured career progression Award‑winning builder with a strong brand presence Comprehensive onboarding and on‑the‑job training Exposure to a busy, high‑performing sales environment If you're passionate about people and property, and ready to take the first step in your sales career, we'd love to hear from you.
