Sales Associate/Account Manager | Commercial Services Industry | Full-Time | Melbourne-Based | $100K-$125K + Superannuation + Bonus Are you a driven Sales Associate/Account Manager ready to take the next step in your career? Our Client An established, fast-growing organisation in the commercial services sector is seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Sales Associate/Account Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, drive new business, build genuine client relationships, and play a pivotal role in tender coordination and business development activities. The Role / Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder engagement Coordinate tenders, bids, quotes, and proposal submissions Plan and execute trade shows and industry events Support CRM management, sales reporting, and contract administration About You Experience preparing or coordinating tenders, bids, or proposals Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office A proactive, self‑motivated attitude and a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or service‑based industries (highly regarded) Additional Requirements Full working rights in Australia Valid driver’s licence Willingness to complete pre‑employment checks Valid Working with Children check or willingness to obtain prior to employment. Valid Police check or willingness to obtain prior to employment Remuneration The salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $125,000 + Superannuation + Bonus for the right candidate.
