Business Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Trainer to support individuals completing a Certificate III in Business, while also delivering related training programs. Many of our learners are trainees employed by local businesses across the Albury-Wodonga region. You are self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges, thriving in a friendly and supportive team within a growing organisation that values initiative and collaboration. Experience in a similar training role and a background in a corporate or business environment will be highly regarded. This is a part-time position (25 hours) with flexible hours during core business times, with the potential to increase hours as the organisation continues to grow. Position Objectives: Support trainees to complete qualifications within required timeframes Collaborate with employers to resolve training-related issues Deliver engaging training in business, admin, digital skills, and customer service Inspire and motivate learners through supportive engagement Provide high-quality training and assessment (including RPL) aligned with RTO regulationsand Personnel Group standards Ensure compliance with RTO regulations, legislative, and organisational requirements Maintain accurate and timely learner progress reporting Identify and promote business development opportunities Required Qualifications: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) Experience with online delivery (advantageous) Current Driver’s Licence Why work with us?
