Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our existing and dedicated rostering and coordination team. This full time role offers a hybrid working arrangement, working Friday - Tuesday (negotiable), and contributing in the after hours support (where required). Role Overview The primary role responsibility is to support the effective management and coverage of Resolute Support's rostering system to ensure participant service delivery needs and staffing solutions are available and met, 7 days a week. In addition to managing participant scheduled supports, there will be a strong focus on achieving a high standard of customer service, building strong relationships with participants and support workers, and achieving a high standard of effective communication. Responsibilities Rostering Management & Compliance : Manage and maintain daily rostering schedules in line with the SCHADS Award, Employment Contracts, NDIS Price Guide, and Resolute Supports policies and procedures, ensuring all shifts are filled. Ensure that rostered supports align with the SCHADS Award and Employment Contracts, using a variety of rostering techniques to achieve participant and operational budget requirements. Liase with Participants, Support Workers & Stakeholders to schedule rostered supports Communication & Support : Effectively communicate changes or requirements related to rostering with Support Workers, Stakeholders and Participants, ensuring the team are informed of updates or adjustments. Collaborate with HR Team to ensure proactive workforce planning and recruitment are aligned with foreseeable service delivery needs. Act as a resource in providing leadership, support and guidance to Support Workers, Participants and Stakeholders. Work collaboratively within the team, demonstrating the ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks. Perform accurate data entry and ensure roster information is clear, concise, and up-to-date.
